Marshal Ustinov GW Cruiser Started Patrols in Arctic
OREANDA-NEWS. July 23, 2008. The Marshal Ustinov GW cruiser started patrols in Arctic to ensure security of Russia's maritime industry.
The Russian combat ship close into an Arctic area to take over the patrol mission from the large anti-submarine ship Severomorsk which participated in the Northern Eagle 2008 international naval exercise in the Barents Sea.
All actions of the Russian warship are carried out in strict accordance with the International regulations, including the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (1982).
