OREANDA-NEWS. July 11, 2008. This June the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan inspected of companies producing, selling, storing and carrying foodstuffs.

The Ministry informs that checks set a goal to establish conformity to sanitary and hygienic norms in organizations relating to food industry.

“Following checks 92 companies were fined in administrative order for failure to observe sanitary and hygienic norms and rules, activity of 33 ones was stopped and 44 officials were suspended from jobs,” it was reported.
