Rostov Region to Lease “Azov City” Lands
OREANDA-NEWS. June 30, 2008. “Azov City” gaming zone, one of the four created within the RF for all gambling facilities to be relocated there by July 1st, 2009, will be built in Krasnodar and Rostov regions. Krasnodar region announced the tender for lands within it at the beginning of June.
Rostov region`s Property Fund is bidding 16 land plots, the area is 15 thousand square meters each. The lease right will be assigned to the winner for 10 years provided that an agreement on implementing of an investment project within the plot is signed.
The volume of investments in the project shall be no less than 80 million rubles. The amount of rent for the tender winners is determined to be from 80.2 to 84.3 thousand rubles a year per land plot. The amount of the deposit to be invested by the bidder is 17 thousand rubles.
The investors will have special preferences on taking part in the project. Rostov region`s authorities will defray the expenses on connecting the developing facilities to engineering support network. Connecting to power supply will be an exception, though – the cost of power will be 13.69 thousand rubles per kW.
