OREANDA-NEWS. June 24, 2008. In Lisbon President Victor Yushchenko took part in opening of the Street of Ukraine, honoring Ukrainians, who contributed to Portuguese capital’s development.

“It is a great honor for me to open a Street of Ukraine. It is appreciation of Ukrainian presence in Portugal and of the role it Plays in modern Portuguese history”, said Victor Yushchenko in his speech at the event.
