OREANDA-NEWS. May 29, 2008. Before the beginning of the meeting, the Prime Minister of Georgia Vladimer Gurgenidze congratulated the audience on the occasion of Georgia’s Independence Day – May 26. He emphasized that a lot of work is awaiting the government of Georgia in near future, because the work that had been started on the 50 months program is a great challenge for the professional as well as civil dignity of the government of the country. It is of paramount importance that all the pre-election promises and claims should be adequately reflected in the said program.  All the promises of the president and all other components of the program related to the government are completely reflected in the current budget of the country. The prime minister of Georgia thanked all the members of the cabinet for fulfilling almost all items of the 50 Days Program. Initiatives designed within the framework of this program are already in procession. It was also mentioned that efforts should be extended to bring everything to the final accomplishment, so that the 50 Month program will prove the same way successful.
