These firm principles underlying our bilateral relations have always been the guarantee of our successful business cooperation and in many ways shape the similar positions our countries take on resolving key regional and world problems.

It is important that we work together today to continue developing our strategic partnership and give it new substance. I am confident in the excellent prospects for the good-neighbourly ties between Russia and Azerbaijan.”
