The meeting was attended by First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, Health and Social Development Minister Tatiana Golikova, head of the All-Russian Society of Disabled Persons Aleksandr Lomakin-Rumyantsev, and head of the Association of Disabled Youth Yuri Belousov.
