Kazakhstan Will Have Paid Highways
OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 May 2008 was announced, that deputies of mazhilis have approved the amendments to the law according to which in Kazakhstan will be paid highways.
They will be five, and all of them - lines with intensive movement of transport. But some deputies were guarded with that fact, that free-of-charge alternative to these roads by the developer of the project is not stipulated. Skeptically adjusted deputies have reminded vice-minister of transport and communications Dualt Kuterbekov of the Kazakhstan mentality, that our man can quite find a way to take advantage of free of charge high-speed autoban or to find detours.
On what vice-minister has noticed, that there are roads between rural settlements, so people of villages are not necessary pay lines , and besides on paid highways it will be possible to get only from special outcomes. And on all extent the paid road will be fenced.
