OREANDA-NEWS. On June 4-5, 2008, in Jurmala, at Baltic Beach Hotel, an International Real Estate Investors Summit (IREIS), international conference for real estate marketers will take place, reported the press-centre of BIB.

500 leading specialists of the real estate market from all over the world – Great Britain, France, Denmark, Russia, the UAE, Germany, the Netherlands, and other countries – will gather to discuss the latest tendencies of the international market of investment in real estate and modern architecture as part of the IREIS-2008.

In two days time, the two conference halls of the hotel will house four conferences: two for developers, architects, and building companies, and two for investors, developers, banks, real estate companies, and other specialists. The topics of discussion include the latest development tendencies and success factors of contemporary architecture, the technologies and innovations used in high-rise construction, the present and future perspective of the international market of investments in real estate, the attraction of Baltic countries from this point of view, and other questions.

Summit organizers paid particular attention to the programme and the choice of the experts who will present their reports. On the whole, about forty qualified and well-known specialists from different countries will share their opinion on the questions raised at the IREIS-2008.
