OREANDA-NEWS. On May 10, the Prime Minister of Georgia Vladimer Gurgenidze traveled to Racha. First he arrived in Ambrolauri and within the framework of My First Computer Program delivered the personal computers to the distinguished pupils of the public school N2.

From Ambrolauri, Vladimer Gurgenidze left for the village of Khvanchkara, where he held a meeting with the local population. According to his words, the harvest of the current year will be different from the one of the last year and the grapes will have a real price too: "Just like in Kakheti, here as well we promised the population that the harvest of this year will be conducted in an organized way, without any ado or any emotional background; all farmers will feel satisfaction after the harvest”, – the prime minister asserted.

The government of Georgia is planning to extend hand of help not to the wine producers but to the farmers.

In addition to this, during the prime minister’s stay in Racha, it became known that a new investor is going to contribute to the Uravi arsenic production enterprise.

During his visit in Racha, the prime minister was accompanied by the Minister of Agriculture Bakur Kvezereli.
