OREANDA-NEWS. May 7, 2008. The Presidential Decree stipulates that housing must be made available by May 1, 2010, for veterans of the 1941-1945 Great Patriotic War in need of better housing conditions.

The relevant instructions have been sent to the Russian Government, the heads of the regions and the plenipotentiary presidential envoys in the federal districts.
