The President’s message reads, in particular:

“Please accept my sincere and profound condolences following the railway disaster in Shandong Province on April 28, which has caused a large number of victims.

I ask you please to convey my words of sympathy to the families of the victims and my wishes for a speedy recovery to all who were injured.

We are ready to provide any help needed to deal with the aftermath of this tragedy”.
