OREANDA-NEWS. From September 1st, 2007 the size of minimum wages in Russia is to be increased. President Vladimir Putin has already signed a corresponding law. The minimum wages will make 2 300 roubles.

It is not complicated to make calculations and find out that this amount will make US$ 100, while now minimum wages make approximately 1 000 roubles.
