OREANDA-NEWS. February 21, 2012. The second module of six-module educational programme, that was created and developed by SKOLKOVO business-school for Arctic University, took place at SKOLKOVO Campus. The topic of this module was “The best practices of universities’ development. Strategy of NAFU”.

The goal of this educational programme is to provide its participants with knowledge and competences, to widen their horizons and to upgrade their professional qualities. Besides that, thanks to unique educational method, developed by SKOLKOVO, in the course of the programme the participants will have a chance to study, using specific projects, that are strategically important for success and development of NAFU. In summer 2012, when the programme will come to its end, all the participants will have to present their projects in front of top-managers of the University. After that a team of new managers will be created. They will have to have sufficient competences to implement the projects, that could help NAFU become one of the leading universities in the world.

The uniqueness of SKOLKOVO educational programme is that it is possible to measure its effectiveness. For example, the top-management of NAFU will be able to count the projects, implemented into working practice of NAFU after the programme is finished.
